What we do
The United States Coast Guard Auxiliary is the uniformed auxiliary service of the United States Coast Guard. It is comprised of 21,000 members who volunteer their time to support the operation of the Coast Guard, promote and improve recreational boating safety, and provide trained crews and facilities to enhance the safety and security of US ports, waterways, and coastal regions.

Water Safety Days on Governors Island


This year Flotilla 5-10 has engaging with the community by holding water safety days on Governors Island to educate the public about the Coast Guard and Recreational Boating Safety. These efforts where spearheaded by Stephen Sokol. Big thanks to him for all his work.
